'All things big and small' is a visual resource bank of six images to be used within a sequence of six Art and Design Lessons for a Year Four Class. It has been underpinned by the Take One Picture approach devised by the National Gallery, and this specific theme focusses on 'scale' and 'size' within art. Throughout the sequence of lessons the children will be introduced to these aspects, and begin to develop their own understanding of how 'big' and 'small' can be created within varying art forms. They will also be given the opportunity to produce unique and indvidual art surrounding this theme.
